DMCA Takedown Requests

RankIt respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content hosted on RankIt infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request to our designated agent. We will review valid requests and remove infringing material in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

What to Include in Your Request

To process your takedown request, please include the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific location (URL) of the infringing material on RankIt.
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

How to Submit

Send your completed DMCA takedown request to our designated agent via email at dmca@rankit.app. Please use the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” to ensure your request is processed promptly.

Response Timeline

We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA takedown requests within 5 business days. If your request is incomplete, we may contact you for additional information before taking action.
