Acceptable Use
By using RankIt, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use RankIt to post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
User-Generated Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on RankIt, including rankings, entries, explanations, and uploaded images. By publishing content, you grant RankIt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You may delete your content at any time, which will remove it from public visibility.
Limitation of Liability
RankIt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during this beta period. We make no warranties regarding uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall RankIt be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your published content may be removed from public view, but we may retain data as required for legal or operational purposes.
